Hope everyone had a great summer and your training is going good. Just to inform you a little about our upcoming fall and winter schedule. We will kick the season of with the Midwest Senior State held Dec. 6th directed by Tim Anderson. On Jan 24th Steve Davenport and myself will host the Capitol City Clash. This meet could still be a quailfier for Womens Nationals if someone needs it and also for High School Nationals. Hoping to get another sanctioned meet sometime in March. This also will be in time for you High School lifters if you still need a quailfier. This should be followed by our Ne. State Championships toward the end of April hosted by Monte Lofing. I hope to see a lot of you there as I would really like to see a good turnout. Presently we are also trying to schedule the Viking Open. As soon as we know it will get posted.  Again if anyone has any questions, comments or ideas feel free to contact me. Ne.
